We are a Devon Plymouth based family run company who specialise in building & installing bespoke garden rooms and living spaces. We have many years of experience in the building and joinery industry constructing award winning extensions and granny annexes. As former Royal engineers we take pride in all our buildings. All our living spaces are bespoke you really can have any design you desire. We also offer handmade kitchens and bathrooms plus all general building and carpentry services.

We feel it is really important for you to see what your having installed upfront, that's why we make sure you can fully inspect your design before any installation takes place. We will design each aspect of your new living space with you at each stage. This ensures your living space is 100% you. You will see exactly how your room will look. We feel entirely sure you will be completely in love with your new room when it is installed.
Start To Finish
Our sales structure includes a list of your requirements and needs for your new living space, establishing a style and design unique to you. We will then design your living space with all your requirements included. We will work out a total cost for the work, including full installation and send all information to you to look through and make any adjustments to suit your taste. If you wish to proceed we will book a survey for a date and time best suited to you. Once your survey has been completed we will require a 10% deposit to secure your order and start date for work to begin on your bepsoke new living space.
